Delete Account

Users can request account deletion from the Android app profile screen. If app access is unavailable, the user can email support@ratechnoworld.in from the registered email address.

1. Open the MegaLotto app and login.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the request after reading the warning.

Deletion removes or disables the user account where possible. Some wallet, payment, contest, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained when required for audit and compliance.
