How do I add funds?
Open Wallet, choose Add Funds, select an available country-wise method, and complete the payment. Online gateway deposits are confirmed by webhook. Offline deposits are reviewed by admin after proof submission.
Where do I send manual payment?
The app shows the payment receiver details such as UPI ID, bank account, PayPal email, bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, or other admin-entered instructions before the user submits payment proof.
How are winners selected?
Admin can review contest tickets, generate or enter results, check prize ranks, and distribute winnings from the admin panel.
Why is my cashout pending?
Cashout requests wait for admin review. Admin can verify the user payout details and approve or reject the request with a remark.
How do I contact support?

Users select a contest plan, purchase one or more tickets using their wallet balance, and wait for the contest result to be announced.

Yes. Users can purchase multiple tickets, subject to the maximum ticket limit configured by the administrator.
3. How are winners selected?
After the contest ends, the administrator or automated result system generates the winners based on the configured prize distribution.
4. How do users add money to their wallet?
Users can add funds using the supported payment gateways or offline payment methods enabled by the administrator.
